Refund Policy

Physical Products (Merchandise)

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at order@robinspielberg.com before the 14-day period expires. You may also initiate a return directly through your customer account.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature and functioning of the goods.

Digital Products (Music Downloads)

By purchasing and downloading digital music, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized items.
